WARRANTY:
Warranty of the equipment shall be for a period of one (1) year for factory defective parts. The effectivity of the warranty shall
be for a period of one (1) year from date of start-up or fifteen (15) months from the date of delivery whichever comes first.
Equipment warranty does not cover normal wear, tear, and damage done to the equipment because of negligence or improper use.
Warranty will be voided if unit is made operational by the client without proper turn-over by our Engineering Department.
This guarantee shall be null and void unless all accounts due are paid in full.

NOTES:
1. Prices inclusive of 12% VAT
2. A penalty of 2% per month will be imposed for late payments.
3. Delivery and installation within Davao City is FREE-OF-CHARGE.
4. Prices above do not include delivery and incidental charges for installation outside Davao City
5. Please allow 2 to 3 days delivery time for ex-stock item and installation a day after delivery.
6. In the event of cancellation of order, the buyer is liable to pay 100% of the amount for products shipped or
ready for shipment at the time of cancellation. For Ex-Stock items, a re-stocking fee equivalent to 25% of
the total amount shall be charged to the client.
7. Technolux is not responsible for economic loss of profit, or special, indirect, or consequential damages,
without limitation to losses or damages from food or product spoilage claims whether or not
because of refrigeration failure.
8 . Incidental Charges are not covered in the warranty.
