STEP 1

1 . MMR = maternal mortality rate is the number of women dying during pregnancy 42 days after
termination of pregnacy regardless of the duration of birth , which is caused by the pregnancy or
is management , and not to other causes, 100000 live birth

The number of women die during pregnancy and child birth

2. MDG = melenium developmen goal is target make by world health organization to prevent or
compress that mortality mother or children

3. MATERNAL HEALTH = The health of pregnant women

4.DEMOGRAPHIC = the science that studies the issue and population change in circumtanse or in
the other word all the things that related to the component of change such as birth mortality and
migration. Resulting in a states and composition and population by age and gender spesific

Also use to identify the study of quantifierable subset within given population which characterized
that population at spesific point in time.

STEP 2

1. How to count mortality rate?

2. What are mayor component of demographic?
3. What are the purpose of the demographic?
4. What are variable of demographic?
5. What are the factor of demographic?
6. What are the factor related and affecting mortality?
7. How to decrease mortality rate?
8. Whats the problem from mortality?
9. What are the benefit of demographic?
10. What are the other concern of MDGS?
11. Whats corelation between mortality, age and geography and socio cultural?
12. What is the corelation between mortality with health of population

STEP 3

1. How to count mortality rate?

Crude death rate (CDR) -> Number that shows how many that happen for every 1000 peoples

Crude? Age uncountable

How to count it?

-Cdr : (death/people) x constanta (1000)

-baby death rate : mortality rate the number of baby death under 1 year per thousand live birth
in a year

- MMR : the total of maternal death/the total live birth times constanta (100000) of live birth

Constanta means that absolutely number in the case

2. What are mayor component of demographic?

There are 5 components :

Birth / fertility
Death/ mortality
Marriage
Migration
Social Mobility

3. What are the purpose of the demographic

-Study quantity and distribution people in one area

-demographic objectives explain post growth and then decrease and the distribution

-develop of the distribution related population growth with various aspect of people and aspect
of the sociality

-trial preception of the feature

4. What are variable of demographic?

Fertility -> Positive factor that will increase the number of population
Mortality -> Negative factor that will decrease the number of population
Migration -> migration number in or out in population

5. What are the factor of demographic?

Fertility has 2 factors
1.1Support fertilty and antagonism from the fertility
Ex. Early age marriage
1.2Opinion from the family as indonesians quote Banyak anak banyak rejeki
1.3Antagonism from the fertility
Ex. Using of the Contraseption
2.1 mortality
2.2 Support from the mortality
Ex. Decrease from the healthy
2.3 Antagonism mortality
Ex. Increase for the healty
2.4 health environment

There are 2 factors

Internal -> imature, mature, premature, serotinus
External -> toxic, virus,bacteria, infection, mothers care,unsave abortion,severe
bleeding, and post partum haemoragic

6. What are the factor related and affecting mortality?

-Age
Some different from mortality in adultsence and young adulthood different bcoz its a lot of
factors influence the mortality that group of age
-Geographic
Some different from geography, in africa and asia different mortality becoz of weather, etc
-Socio Economics
Mortality rate in different class of socio economic shows us that socio economics related to
mortality

-Residence
People that living in the village commonly has lower rate thn people that living in the city

7. How to decrease mortality rate?

Increase the higiens
Increase food nutrient
Increase human immunology

8. Whats the problem from mortality?

9. What are the benefit of demographic?

To know the prevalence from population...

10. What are the other concern of MDGS?

To eradicate extreme poverty and hunger
To achieve universal primary education
To promote gender equality and empowering women
To reduce child mortality rates
To improve maternal health
To combat hiv//aids malaria and the other disease
To ensure environmental sustainability
To develop global patnership for development
