    The mid drawer cable was not staying in place due to a broken cable guide that was part of the slider assembly. Replacing the slider assembly with part number DA97-08809C ASSY RAIL-SLIDE CONV R solved the issue by providing a new cable guide to keep the cable securely in place when closing the mid drawer.

    Mid drawer cable will not stay in place

    Symptom:
    Mid drawer cable is out of the slot where it should be, when customers are trying to
    close the mid drawer, the drawer would not been closed fully, hard to be closed, or
    causing damage on that cable.

    Reason:
    Found that the cable guide is broken and the cable cant stay in the slot when the
    drawer been closed.

    Solution:
    Replace the slider assembly, the cable guide is a part of the slider assembly.
