Installation and maintain

1 Recognize the name and function of machine mechanical


parts and electrical components

2 the function of guard plate

guard plate Safety switch

During operation, if there will be in danger, such as the bending arm

rotate back, person or hands is between in bending arm and fixed arm,

you can press guard plate, the safety switch will be disconnected, then

machine will stop running. The principle is that the safety switch has four

contacts, the connection is normally closed, machine will stop running

when the switch is turned off, so if you find the situation that machine

still dont work after press start switch, please check whether the safety

is return the line is intact.

Note: do not use wrench or other iron things hit the line of safety

in order to avoid breaking down

3 Return switchPhotoelectric switch

Photoelectric switch front should be away from the rotating arm 1-3mm,

otherwise it will beyond the sensing range of photoelectric switch. The

sensor light of photoelectric will bright when bending arm back in place,

and it will shift off after bending arm rotate away. If the semi mode cant

work after machine starts normally and the each function is

normal,please check if the photoelectric is bright, if not, please adjust

the distance from the bending arm to the front of photoelectric making

sure that is within sensor area. If the light is still not bright, please check

the line if it is disconnect, if all is good, that mean the photoelectric

switch is damaged, please replace the other new one

4 Rotary encoder

It is numerical control components which is control the bending angle, if

you find the bending angle is not inaccurate or fluctuating, please check

if it is loose with spiral coupling screw where the lower end of rotating

axis, and also check the line, if all is good, please replace the other new

one

Note: dont beat and let water or oil intrude into the encoder, it is easily
damaged,Please check it in time and clean up the water or oil on outside of encoder

5 hydraulic manifold block

hydraulic electromagnetic relief valve


manifold block directional valve

It consists with electromagnetic directional valve, relief valve and oil

circuit board. The electromagnetic controls the two opposite directions

of an action, for example, forward and return in bending. The relief valve

is responsible for regulation the oil pressure

Note: the pressure cant exceed 15Mpa(generally is 10-12Mpa)

If machine run slow and the pressure gauge is low or no pressure, please

adjust the relief valve at first, if it is not available, that mean there is

cogged inside of relief valve, please clean up it in time. If the pressure is

normally, but there is not running on someone action, that mean there is

cogged inside of electromagnetic directional valve, please clean up it in

time carefully, if it still not available, please replace new one.

6 cooling system

Please connect circulate water at the end of cooling bay when the oil

temperature is higher than 50, if the oil temperature is too high, the

oil tubing and cylinder with internal seal is easy to aging, which lead to

oil spill in oil tubing and cylinder

7 Install and debug mold, understand mold parts and with the
name

ease confirm the sliding plate is in close satiation
before install mold
1,Install the wheel mold with bolt and fasten it firmly.

2Adjust the longitudinal separation of jaw seat, same with

guided mold seat, then install clipping mold and guided mold

3,Adjust the screw rod to make move clip and fixed clip close

contact, making sure that the two half cavity combine highly

Note: It is necessary to ensure that sliding plate is clamped


when adjusting, and please fix jaw seat before adjust the
high of move clip mold
4,press forward on bend-arm, make bending arm at 90then

adjust the two half cavity of guided mold and wheel mold combine

highly, the step is same with step 3

5,adjust jaw seat and guided mold seat forward 1/8 or1/4 by screw

rod after press open on clamp, making it appropriate, and then lock

jaw seat and guided mold seat by bolts,

Please note that dont make screw forward always, it will damage the

parts

6, install mandrel and wrinkle-proof mold according needs

8Maintain
1. The motor turns clockwise.

2. the setting angle cant exceed 180 .

3. Please confirm the sliding plate is in close satiation before

install mold

4 it is very important to lubricate on machine, please lubricate

the rotate hole after running 2 hours, and sear grease on rack and

gear each half month

5clean up the encoder every day ensure there is no water and

oil on outside, please dont beat it

6,please use lubricate oil with model 46#,full gird date of oil scale,

exchange oil every two years

7please turn off power before check machine

8check four-bar nut of cylinder whether is loose after s period of

time, fix it in time
