Regarding the Meal at Site, after finish the meal, Supplier will come each location and collect all lunch boxes
for washing. In case that someone has meal late, they shall inform Supplier (via internal phone or directly when
they deliver meals) so that Supplier has plan to collect these lunch boxes.

Regarding employee working in night shift, they will be served 2 meals including Supper and Breakfast.

Depend on time for meal delivery in Site, in each location, section/division shall assign staff there on time to

The Supplier will not deliver the meal if nobody in registered locations.

3. Method to register meals for normal working day

Ordering online system has been designed for meal registration of each section/division.

Step 1: To register the meals for your own section/division, you shall access the website: http://mealorder-
nsrp.com/home

GA already created the accounts for the person in charge of meal registration.

For other Section/Division not mentioned in above table, kindly contact GA for account creation.

Step 2: Register the meals for your section/division.

You click Date to register monthly meals of your section/division. Kindly be noted that you can register and
edit the meals more than 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours, you cannot register any more. In case that you
have any change in your registration, kindly contact GA via email (To: hanh.lt3@nsrp.com.vn, CC:
anh.vt1@nsrp.com.vn) to inform. However, the change should be limited and avoided because of effect on
food preparation.

Step 3: After fulfill the order information, click submit to finish your registration.

The result will appear on the display of the website.

Kindly note that the meal service is provided only to NSRP employees.

We will depend on both your registration and the staff list of your section/division to provide the meal ticket;
therefore, kindly register the whole month.

4. Register meal for overtime

- Overtime at weekend:

Step 1: Register meals directly on the online system

Step 2: Send email to GA (: hanh.lt3@nsrp.com.vn, anh.vt1@nsrp.com.vn) and CC to Managers/Leaders to

inform the plan or the exact person working on weekend.

- Overtime on normal working day:

Send email to GA (: hanh.lt3@nsrp.com.vn, anh.vt1@nsrp.com.vn) and CC to Managers/Leaders to inform the

plan or the exact person working overtime.
