NEXT STEPS
Applications are reviewed in the order that they are received. In the event that multiple applications are received on
the same day, the best-qualified tenant will receive first consideration. If your application is approved, you will be
required to obtain a credit and background check. The fee for this is $39.99 per adult applicant. This fee is not
refundable for any reason. The information provided in the reports generated by this service will be used to make our
final determination of eligibility.

After final approval of your application, a deposit in the form of personal check, cashiers checks, money order, or
electronic payment will be required within 72 hours to hold the unit. Please note that we will continue to actively rent
the property if we do NOT receive a deposit within this time period.


AGREEMENT & AUTHORIZATION SIGNATURE
I believe that the statements I have made are true and correct. I hereby authorize verification of information I provided
and communication with any and all names listed on this application. I understand that any discrepancy or lack of
information may result in the rejection of this application. I understand that this is an application for a residential
property rental and does not constitute a rental or lease agreement in whole or part. I further understand that I will be
responsible for obtaining my own background and credit check through an outside agency. There is a non-refundable fee
of $39.99 to obtain the credit and background check and I am not entitled to a refund even if I dont rent the
house/apartment. Any questions regarding rejected applications must be submitted in writing and accompanied by a self-
addressed stamped envelope.
