Above This is the remarkably

complete MG mount from the

cupola of one of the Tigers. The
blue canvas ammunition bag is
something you would not
expect to survive.

Above Another remarkable part of the collection is this access

plate which originally formed part of the Tigers turret floor on the
loaders side of the turret allowing him access to the underfloor
ammunition stowage. The picture of 007 showing it after it was
destroyed clearly shows this part of the turret floo to be missing
making it almost certain that this is the turret floor from that
vehicle.

Right The floor plate still has its original red oxide finish which
remains well preserved. Also visible here are a Panzer IV front
hatch, and the radio operators hatch again.

Below A close up of the damaged intercom control and throat

mike resting on the turret floor. Reminders of the crewmen who
lost their lives during the engagement.

Above A selection of towing clevices one of which still has the vehicle Above Balanced on this container are carburettors from the Maybach engine
shackle attached. The zimmerited block next to it is obviously from one of the of the Tiger
Tigers but its purpose is unclear.

Just below it is the corroded mounting socket. deck with its distinctive rebated cross pattern.
