3. Course Description This course is an analysis and synthesis of the Educational Financial Management System of
different educational institutions as they relate to other systems in society with particular
emphasis on the techniques and strategies for the generation and disbursement of funds.

5. Course Philosophy Quality education is the ultimate aim of educational finance, which is considered as its lifeline.

5.2 Course Mission Produce quality graduates who are proponents in promoting and safeguarding quality education
through proper sourcing of funds.
5.3 Course Goals Provision of appropriate and legitimate procedures in sourcing and disbursement of funds for
different private and public institutions.
