Payment Breakdown - Olfshore
The Firm Annual Amount is paid quarterly, with the total sum for the corresponding year
divided in equal proportions over four (4) quarters. For example, quarter| payment for Year 2
shall be USO + 4 quarters = USO.

The total amount for major maintenance is capped at mUSO for the duration of this 5
years contract. This amount covers the replacement of the major spare parts indicated on
Appendix 9 as well as any other parts not identified as of the date of contract signature.
3.
3.1. Of the total of USO, JSO to be paid on quarterly payment while USO
shall be for the sea water system revamping project.
3.2. Project for the revamping of sea water system
3.2.1.shall be subject to Owners approval.
Note' Payment in USO, withholding tax rate no more than 2%
3.2.2.Payment for the project shall be upon approval of the project plan and
upon arrival of main equipment at plant.
Payment Breakdown - Onshore
3.3. For the USO quarterly payment,
3.3.1.This sum of IUSD is paid quarterly on equal average each quarter. This shall
be USO + (4 quarters x 5 years) = [JSO each quarter~ This
quarterly sum is subject to adjustments, if any, as described in this section 3.3.
3.3.2.There will be annual review in Q3 each year for the major maintenance plan for the
following year. The Contractor will submit the planning, including inspection and
analysis, action plan, method statement, quality control and budget. The Owner to
follow up and witness all procedure. After job completion, the owner will approve
based on maintenance report submitted by Contractor.
