The above item has been given to Custom Dips Hydro graphics to complete a water transfer printing process (aka, hydro
dipping, hydro dipped, hydro graphics, etc) I fully understand that my item will go through a process that is irreversible
once it has been started. The process will include scuffing the item, applying primer and paint, dipping in water and then
applying clear coat to my item. This process will also include that my item will be fully submerged in water multiple times
during the process. Custom Dips and its staff will not be held liable for any damage that results from my item going through
this process including but not limited to water damage to wood, plastic, metal or optics. Some metal items may rust. Optics
including Binoculars and Scopes will be submerged under water and may leak. If I have any questions about my item
being submerged in water or going through this process I will contact the manufacturer or authorized dealer to confirm the
risks before the process begins. All items carry a 90 day warranty on work that Custom Dips performs. In the case of a
warranty issue if it appears to Custom Dips staff that the item was exposed to any elements/chemicals that are harmful to
the hydro graphics all efforts to repair will be at the cost of the owner and not Custom Dips Hydro graphics. Hydro graphics
is like most customization processes and is an imperfect art. While every effort is made to reduce or touchup imperfections
they may still be present in the final product. These may include but are not limited to air voids, seams, waves in film, film
stretch, texture, double dip overflow, blowouts, airbrush touchups, runs and nibs, etc. Custom Dips number one goal is to
put out a product that we would want ourselves so all efforts are made to put out quality work we are happy with.

If any pre-existing damage is discovered during the prep process work will stop and we will contact you to see how you
would like us to proceed. All items must arrive ready for the process, any disassembly or removing excessive dirt or
contaminants may results in additional charges. Any work done to moving parts will not be warranted. Work done on safety
related items will be done at the risk of the customer. Custom Dips will not be liable for any accidents or failures of safety
related items after the process is complete.

By signing below I agree that I have read the waiver and agree to allow Custom Dips to continue with the Hydro dipping
process on my item. Custom Dips will not be responsible for existing damage or damage caused by submerging items in
water to complete the Hydro dipping process.
