The humble complainant most humbly showeth as under:

1. That a material witness in the aforesaid case Sri Deepak Bhandari S/o Shri Rameshwar
Bhandari R/o Civil Lines P.S. Civil Lines District Allahabad has fallen ill and consequently is
unable to attend to the Court today. Medical certificate of the doctor treating the witness and an
affidavit in support thereof is annexed herewith.

2. That for successfully prosecuting the complaint the evidence of the witness Sri Sumit Ghelot
is most material and relevant.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to adjourn the
case for 7 months/ 15 days to enable the complainant to produce the above witness before the
Court.
