PRODUCT OBSOLESCENCE

Dear Valued Customer, November 19, 2014

This letter serves as notification that Fireye Inc. has decided to discontinue the sale of specific
catalog part number from our Nexus and Systems Components Product Lines.

The Nexus products that are being discontinued are as follows:

NX04-1 NX20-1 NX50-1 NX98-1

NX04-2 NX20-1 NX50-2

There is no direct replacement for these servos.

The System Component products that are being discontinued are as follows:

45FS1-1000 45UVFS1-1000 45RM1-1001 45RM2-1000

45FS1-1001 45UVFS1-1001 45RM1-1003 45RM2-1001
Along with the fiber optic and explosion proof versions of the above flame scanners

The 45RM4 or 95 Series InSight scanners (e.g., 95IRS2-1, 95DSS3-1) are suitable
replacements for the above flame scanners. Consult your local Regional Fireye Sales Manager
for specifics on the scanner replacement.

Our intent is to support these products for a limited time in order to allow for future planning
by all of our customers for their product needs, including any requirements for product spares.
Fireye has identified the following Last Time Buy Dates for these product lines:
