RECRUITMENT NOTICE

Eligibility Criteria, Required Qualifications & Experience

WAPCOS Limited an 'ISO 9001-2008' "Mini Ratna-I" Organization intends to recruit engineers for the following
posts for the work relating to railway project at Vishakhapatnam. The requisite qualification and experience
prescribed are as under:

6. Civil Engineering Preferably Degree and Total Experience: 3 years for Degree holder

erection of Structural Steel Shed or

7. Civil Engineer Preferably Degree in Total Experience: 3 years for Degree holder

Engineering and at least Relevant Experience: Experience in track
Diploma in Civil laying in construction of Railway Lines or
Engineering Track Renewals for at least 2 years.

8. Electrical Expert Degree/Diploma in Total Experience: 3 years for Degree holder

Note: The incumbent (other than those

having requisite experience as per (i)
above with
Project Management Consultants) must
have successfully passed the training
course for Junior Engineer (Signal) or
above at IRISET/Secunderabad or from
Zonal STTC or should be an IRSE License
holder.
Relevant Experience:
Experience in Installation, testing
&commissioning of RRI/PI/SSI for at least 3
years.
11 Draftsman Senior Secondary School 2 years experience is essential, over one
(Civil) (10+2) and a Diploma in years training in Leory printing in a
Draftsmanship from a Government Department or Public Sector
recognized institution. Undertaking or commercial firm of repute
Knowledge of Auto CAD
12 Accountant Degree in B Com from a 3 years Experience in field of accounting
recognized University

1. Those who are working in Govt. Departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies are required to apply

3. Applicants should enclose self-certified copies of their educational qualifications and experience
certificates without which, the applications will be rejected.
4. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the educational qualification, experience and the eligibility
requirement against the applied post. Interview will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
5. Management reserves the right to fix the criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called
for interviews.
6. Preference will be given to SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates if otherwise found suitable.
7. SC/ST/PWD candidates coming from outstation for appearing in the interview will be paid rail/bus
fare by the shortest route as per rules/sleeper II class on production of tickets/proof.
8. Appointment for specific post shall be done at the time of start of project and remuneration shall
be fixed accordingly.
