POWER-TO-LIQUIDS

FUELS FROM SOLAR ENERGY, CO2 AND WATER

Zeecol is a developer of upstream energy resources that use exclusive technologies to

manufacture hydrocarbon fuels from atmospheric carbon dioxide, rain water and sunlight at
$8.57 per barrel. Liquid fuel products include petrol, diesel fuel, kerosene (jet fuel),
propane, butane and methanol. The process starts with carbon dioxide (CO2) and water
(H2O) and uses electrical energy from efficient multi-spectral solar panels to produce a
process gas which is subsequently made into hydrocarbon fuels. Existing refinery
techniques are used to convert these hydrocarbons into conventional fuels.

This proven process uses efficient high-temperature steam electrolysis to make gas that is
subsequently converted to liquid fuels of exceptional clarity. The technique has an overall
process efficiency of 70%.

Today Zeecol is in a position to offer upstream sales of hydrocarbon fuels to qualified

buyers at substantial discounts. To secure these discounts today, Zeecol requires the signing
of a long-term supply contract with qualified buyers who pay a fee at contract signing equal
to a small fraction of the value of their purchases. Signers also have rights to enter
additional contracts over time at similar discounts.

POWER-TO-LIQUIDS KEY PERSONNEL

WHO IS ZEECOLS FOUNDER?

William Mook is Zeecols founder. William is a business

person, a pilot, an aerospace engineer and a rocket scientist. He
invented the modern digital signal processor, holographic optics,
synthetic holograms, concentrated photovoltaics and the modern
point of sale system, among other things.

Mr. Mook has started companies, grown them and sold them.

William is presently completing a modified reverse merger on

the Canadian Securities Exchange and raising $35 million to
fund the development of a supply chain for a zero impact
agriculture system he developed.

That company is now ready to commercialise carbon neutral

energy products following the 2015 Climate Change Conference
in Paris.

Mr. Mook is a member of the AIAA and advises the White

House and the US Senate along with the Pentagon on aerospace,
energy and finance issues. He also advises several U.S.
Governors and in invited routinely to speak to various State
Senates and State House of Representatives including those in
Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Mexico on a wide range of issues.

One bit of advice Mr. Mook is especially proud of, was

convincing the Reagan, Bush and Clinton administrations each
to progressively declassify GPS for commercial use, eventually
transforming the way we navigate. Williams voice was
particularly influential since he helped originate the idea when
working on the Transit satellite programme as a graduate
student.
