 This study aims to identify the social impact of the services provided by CVISNET and

the effectiveness of its performance. These steps are to develop and to come up with

a relevant metrics for decision making processes. Also, we aim to identify the process for

determining the performance indicators of CVISNET which would determine effectiveness of

their services rendered through their projects or programs.
