Assessment
You will be assessed in a variety of methods including a combination of open and closed book examinations, deadline driven
research assessments, written assignments and oral presentations

Private study
Private study consists of online test and feedback exercises, independent reading and research, completing preparatory
workshop tasks and consolidation.

Masters award students (face-to-face students only)


For MSc students, the course also requires the completion of the Law and Business module and the Business Case Study
Project; and for LLM students, either the completion of the Law and Business module or a fourth elective, along with the
Professional Practice Research Report. Full-time Accelerated students are expected to submit the Business Case Study
Project or the Professional Practice Research Report approximately three months after the end of the course.

end of May) will depend on your choice of electives.

Notes on i-LLM LPC structure and assessment
^ Note the i-LLM LPC differs from the face-to-face LPC. The course is structured around directed self-study, including i-
Tutorials, online test and feedback exercises and independent reading and research. Individual and collaborative tasks will be
submitted online, with electronic feedback. .

Assessment
The course is assessed by a variety of assessment methods including open book examinations, course work, which includes a
Professional Practice Dissertation, and oral skills role plays. More information about the Professional Practice Dissertation.

Attendance

The four-day induction course
Skills training in Interviewing and Advocacy oral skills
Examinations and oral skills assessments (held at either the London Bloomsbury or Moorgate centres).
