The researchers recommend that in taking reading, it should be eye level that is parallel to the
reading to avoid inaccurate data. And the fluid flow apparatus must be clean always because of
prolonged usage the interior will be encrusted with scale or dirt that causes an increase in
roughness but diameter is considered unchanged, so there will an increase in friction factor as
well. The manometer is read several times during the experiment for accurate results.
