The benchmark indices ended lower on Wednesday tracking weaker Asian markets, weighed

down by the consumer, metal and pharma stocks. Oil prices fell over 1% on Wednesday, after
the International Energy Agency cast doubts over the past few months narrative of
tightening fuel markets. On the supply side, rising US output also pressured prices.

Sensex ended at 32,760, down 181 points while the broader Nifty50 index settled at 10,118,
down 68 points.

Nifty November 2017 futures closed at 10154.35 on Wednesday, at a premium of 36.30

points over spot closing of 10118.05, while Nifty December 2017 futures ended at 10191.30,
at a premium of 73.25 points over spot closing. Nifty November futures saw a contraction of
0.61 million (mn) units, taking the total outstanding open interest (OI) to 24.21 mn units.

Highest open interest has been seen in 10500 and 10400 strike price for call option and in
10200 and 10300 strike price for put option.
