TITLE:I SHALL NOT DESSERT FROM MY SHIP

I was signed as an ETO(electro technical officer) cadet in January 2017 at certain shipping
company which is called s.s.donald.trump.This ship company has a lot of ship and has been a
great supporter of the cadet which comes from different country. Some of my classmate fellow
and my country cadet are also assigned in these company and get good knowledge with an
excellent promotion .thanks about the EMTI company for the beginning which they assigned in
these well-known shipping company.I am goanna on board ship in order to upgrade my
theoretical, practical versus technical knowledge as well as how I can handle some emergency
condition and how to make good relation to all of multinational crew member. Before I am going
on board ship I was full of information about how can delay my gratification and in what way
can achieve my future career to being best ETO from the EMTI commandant, experience full
instructor and as well as from some experienced ETO .
But unfortunately I cannot handle some hazardous condition and situation, it was my first time to
left from my family and friends. The first problem that was happen on me is that to make cloth
relationship for the multinational crew member. While later within a short period of time I make
good relation with some of the crew member and I have started my new life chapter. Within
these time moment I heard worried message from my lovely family, when I heard about my
lovely uncle sickness and especially they missed me in order to leave with them; I have bad
feeling about anything.These was a very bad situation to me and I have stressed more and I
cannot do my task properly .even if I know everything for what purpose I decide to go on board
ship and forget my future career, I am trying to in what way can reach to my home land to handle
the stress of my family. I know the rule and regulation about my contract time when at time of
signed on,I have read all thing that what I am follow and I cannot resist it. I have wrote
requesting letter about my problem in order to give me permeation about my sign of letter to
wards to shipping company .when I heard the unsure from them with short word no you cannot
get until u finish your contract I am worried more then decide to leave the ship by any means.
When I reach at us Alabama I tried any solution but I am not successes full.

I leave the ship in one morning line and have arrested that illegal immigrant and also the
company delete my file and dismissed me as an employ. According to my decision I lose my
chance besides to my future career to my lovely family but not I am considering that about my
personal value. My decision to leave the ship in illegal way so it violates any laws and
professional ethics such laws was stated above which are supervised by international maritime
organization this are flag state law, port state law, crew supply law, international law and
contract law I lost my professional ethics especially as seafarer and my professional moral and
ethical value. Some of my professional ethics according to international maritime organization
(IMO) code of conduct. I have done professional mistake, means that any seafarer are also often
required to work in hostile working condition and confined environment, which make them more
susceptible to professional stress and strain .Thus self-discipline and responsible attitude are
must onboard ships to avoid professional mistake. To insure that seafarers act ,behave, and work
in certain discipline manner according to the code of conduct during emergency and normal
condition .these are the most important rule every sea farer must full fill ,punctuality, honesty,
loyal to the country flag, caring out duty, cloth behavior to warred to colleges on board being an
authorized person on board ship, treatment of property and accommodation ,apart from any un
lawfull activities trust and others.In my decision to leave the ship violate those of I have
mentioned above code of conduct and professional ethics

According to my decision I have no any compromised idea about the organizational standard. I
know all the rule and regulation that I ahead everything before I signed on and I know my
professional ethics .when at time of my constant I read all things I know but eve n I know that
before I finished my contract I have chance about sign off but it is beyond my capacity and I ask
them.all the thing that I try to leave the ship was illegal and finally without any permeation I
leave the ship in morning line with in trying to my way .hat is all I have made my decision is
illegal and without any permeation and without thinking deeply about the event that come bake
of the action which I have taken can harm others rather than myself us well us economical cries
about the company ,my grunter ,stress about my love family and best friend

when I have joined the EMTI Company I have long and short term goal. While after I was joined
I planned in what way I delay my gratification and achieve my future career. I have learnt a lot
thing especially from the EMTI commandant and from other experienced professional teachers
.for my short term goal I have planned that within my first contract I got adequate knowledge
about my professional value and I want to know about all the working principle of the machine
which found on board ship and I make the base about my future career. To finish my first
contract in a well-qualified way and I have got my promotion to being an ETO for my next
contract for up greed myself in the working environment, To be a progressive, creative and be a
good team member which would lead me to achieve my carrier goals, To make strong
contribution towards organizational goals through continued development of professional skills,
work in a reputed multinational shipping industry as an electro technical trainee cadet, where I
can learn more and utilize all my skills, to develop myself and step up the ladder of life with the
right attitude and to get best salary. But I have not well-done my cheerer due to my break
decisions and even if I cannot finish my first contract and I have lost my chance.

As soon as I have long term goal to be a well-known, qualified, knowledgeable, competent and
wanted ETO (electro technical officer) and I want to be an international seaman and international
officer. I have also future career about my family, my friend as well as my country.duo to my
illegal decision I have not success any one of my future career besides to that negative emption
about myself and other classmate fellow .i have not got my wish to being an ETO and I cannot
full fill that the requirement of my future career I simply finish even without success my short
goal. I have never seen world round water body and never intimate with multinational crew
member for a long time and I lost my chance plus effort own myself illegal decision.
My illegal decision disorder my life goals not only myself my country also, my family and future
generation of the country people. Because of my mistake I break the positive awareness of the
company to wards to Ethiopian cadet as implies negative look out about my nation and my
fellow cadet. I simply put out a black spot about my country and my friends .when I think this
happened action I worried about me. If the chance is given to me again, I will be loyal ,trust
,punctual and truth full person , hold my duty and responsibility. Definitely soon I became roll
man and I learnt from my weakness and achieve my short term and long term goals and
responsible to my country, my family as well as my friend .Finally I am being well qualified
electro technical officer and being discipline seafarer and international person beyond my
profession.
