1. Functionality of the license codes

The software can only be activated by entering a Sitekiosk license code. The license code contains information on how many licenses and
which set of functions (Basic and Plus Version) will be enabled.
Each registration process will verify the licensees informationby sending a notification to PROVISIOs License Tracking Server. The data will not be
passed on to any third party. However, PROVISIO shall reserve the right to take legal action against the licensee in any case of license abuse and
infringement.
2. License Rates / Warranty / Alterations / Misapprehensions

All prices are net in U.S. Dollar plus sales tax if applicable. PROVISIO offers a 30-day return policy on hardware based on manufacturer
return policies which is subject to change and error. Customers have the opportunity to test the software prior to purchasing (Download a
free evaluation copy from our website: http://www.provisio.com/).
For this reason, our refund policy for software is restricted to replacement of USB Stick damaged in shipments only. Damaged USB Stick may only
be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase by sending thedamaged product to the return address on the package.
