PREPARACION
Primero retira la grasa y la membrana que cubre el corazn
dejndolo totalmente limpio y quedando slo la carne
Corta el corazn (corte sesgado) en pequeos trozos de 3 cm
aproximadamente
Ingredients
1 HEART OF RES
1/2 TEASPOON OF PEPPER
1/2 TABLESPOON CUMIN
5 CLOVES OF GROUND GARLIC
3/4 CUP OF VINEGAR
1/2 CUP CHOPPED CHILI PEPPER
SALT TO TASTE
CANE STICKS
POTATOES
1 CORN
Preparation
First remove the fat that covers the heart of res and then cut
into small pieces of 3 centimeters.
After that the garlic is cut into small pieces, and in a bowl, mix
the ground garlic, aji panca, salt, pepper, cumin and oregano.
Then pour the vinegar and mixed.
Then pour the mixture over the pieces of beef and let it
macerate from one day to the another.
After macerating, string the pieces of meat on the cane sticks.
Heat the grill with a little oil and when it is hot put the
Anticuchos.
While the anticuchos are frying, must be spread with the
mixture to enhance the flavor.
Finally, serve the anticuchos with potato or corn
