Ingredients:-

Chicken a small, 900 grams

Onion 1 big

Ginger 2 medium pieces

Garlic cloves 6 big

Red chilly powder 1 tsp.

Coriander powder 1 tsp.

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.

Peppercorns 1 tbsp.

Cardamom 2 no.s

Cinnamon a 1? piece

Cloves 5 no.s

Curry leaf 2 sprigs

Coarsely ground pepper powder 1 tbsp.

Tomato 2 medium, pureed

Coconut oil 2 tbsp.

Method:-

Make a smooth paste of the onion, ginger, garlic cloves, red chilly powder,
coriander powder, turmeric powder, peppercorns and salt.Marinate chicken pieces
with this masala for 1 hour.

Cook the chicken for 20 minutes / till the chicken is 3/4th done and the water from
the chicken completely evaporates.

Heat coconut oil.Add 2 cardamom, 5 cloves and 1? piece cinnamon. Add the curry
leaves and the coarse pepper powder.

When u get an aroma of the spices add the pureed tomatoes and stir fry till oil
seperates.

Add the cooked chicken pieces and stir fry till well browned for 30 minutes on a
medium-low heat.

Add the chopped cilantro, mix well and remove from heat.
