Purpose: Purpose:
Reason for developing The teacher got the children to create bats as this week they were
learning experience. This learning about them, but it wasn't as much child directed. She
could be in response to an wanted me to create something to involve the kids and make this
observation, discussion with activity more child directed, and as we have been working on
the site supervisor, Ontario patterns I wanted the children to continue to practice the different
Curriculum Objective, etc. patterns they previously learned.

expressions and voice tone)
- Document in detail: who,
what, where, and when
- Documentation should be
written in past tense,
objective, and in anecdotal
format
