Hi,

I want to know about value string which is assign in account grouping in movement type how to see all the
available value string in SAP.

You can see list of value strings and their respective transaction event keys in table T156W.

T156W.

Go to SE16 & Check table T156X

you will find the assigned value strings for diff Mvt types

hi

You can see the linking of Value Strings in the following tables:

T156S- Movement Type: Quantity/ Value Posting (For

movement type--> Value String)

T156W- Posting String Values (For Value String--> Transaction/

Event key)

I had found the following Value Strings in the system: WA01,

WA03, WA04, WA06, WE01, WE06 and WF01

Hello,

In System each movement type is assigned to a Value string , , which consists of set of
transaction event keys, ( for movement type 101, with value update indicator , Qty Update
indicator, Special stock type indicator , movement type indicator (Ex. with , with out Po) ,
consumption indicator combination value srting is assigned,

Based on nature of transaction system will pick value string , Value string will have TE
keys to post to GL accounts

you can check following table to understand the link between movement type & value
String, T156S, T156X,T156W.

You can not change value string, its fixed for class of movement and other fields.
