Heitor Saucedo and Miguel Gamboa are Soloist in America formerly called
Soloists Alfonsinos, named after Alfonso Reyes, Musicians graduated from
BELLAS ARTES in his City Monterrey. Students of Temenuska Ostreva and
Alicher Kamilov, Martin Valdesack, Geylla Dubrova among others. They fought
against violence and drug trafficking, taking music to marginalized spaces such as
schools, orphanages, nursing homes, health centers, among others, where
organized crime was in control of the community. Simultaneously, they continued
their artistic career at a national level in cities such as Mexico City, Guadalajara,
Leon, Queretaro, Zacatecas, Aguas Calientes and Guanajuato were they played in
prestigious venues such as auditoriums, theaters, museums and festivals. Due to
the impact Soloist in America had on Mexican society, from a large number of
notes in periodicals, television and broadcasts; they were threatened and
kidnapped by organized crime.

They continued their artistic career in the state of Texas representing Hispanic
culture on a professional level in cities such as San Antonio, Houston, Dallas and
Austin. Playing as a soloist in several orchestras and universities they contributed
to Hispanic neighborhoods with a high crime rate and with the purpose of being
able to help young people to look for other alternatives besides violence. After 3
years in the southern United States they moved to the city of New York in order
to compete worldwide with the best musicians of the world. They have played
with musicians from Julliard and the Manhattan School, in world-class
Auditoriums like Carnegie Hall and Universities in all the tri-state area. Presently,
they are dedicated to the diffusion of their music to children of Hispanic origin in
Queens with Hemir Saucedo, who is now the third member of the group. They are
working proactively with the purpose of offering opportunities to future
generations and promoting multiculturalism In New York City.

President and CEO of the Institute for Multicultural Communications, Cooperation and
Development. Inc. (IF-MC-CA-DI) a 501c3 nonprofit NGO affiliated with the United
Nations. He founded the Institute in 1989 to bridge cultural divides among and between
different cultural communities. Presently, he leads the Institutes various local global
development projects, including the Bronx Transformation Project (BPT) and Puerto
Rican Transformation Project.
