Clerk of Court: All rise.

Almighty God, we stand in Your Holy Presence as our Supreme Judge. We humbly beseech You to bless
and inspire us so that what we think, say and do will be in accordance with Your will. Enlighten our
minds, strengthen our spirit and fill our hearts with fraternal love, wisdom and understanding, so that
we can become effective channels of truth, justice and peace. In our proceedings today, guide us in the
path of righteousness for the fulfilment of Your greater glory. Amen.

The court is now in session. Honorable Judge ________ is presiding.

Judge: Call the case.

The undersigned accuses __________ of the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness under Art. 336 of the
Revised Penal Code in relation to RA 7610 committed, as follows:

That on or about _______________ in the City of Las PInas, Philippines, and within the
jurisdiction of the Honorable Court, accused _____________ with lews designs, did then and there,
willfullu, unlawfully and feloniously touched the breast of ____________, 16 years of age, touched her
genitalia to the damage and prejudice of said __________ who suffered psychological and emotional
disturbance, anxiety, sleeplessness and humiliation.

Contrary to Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to RA 7610.

W: I tried to remove his hand but he was stronger than me.

Q: Good morning. Its part of my job to ask you some questions, too.
First, I just wanted to ask, would you prefer that I call you ____ or _____?

A: Yes.

Q: Prior to the incident you described, had there been any abusive behaviour from your uncle towards
you?
A: No.
Prosecutor: Objection, its overly broad in defining abusive behaviour.
Q: I can narrow it.
Prior to that night you described, had there been any sexually abusive behaviour from your uncle
towards you?
A: No, just looks.
Q: Could you expand on that?
A: He would look at me weird, that kind of gave me a creepy feeling, like he was looking at me in a
sexual way.
Q: Did you ever tell you mom or anyone about that?
A: No, i did not.
Q: Thats all I have. Thank you.
