Identification of potential candidates interested to take vocational/skill training.

1) Identification of suitable training trade matching educational & experience background & disability
constraints of the person and to provide guidance in training and then self employment..

2) Once the skill training is successfully completed, the field officers would also motivate the beneficiary
to avail for taking up the self-employment and employment venture in skills acquired.

3) These field agents and officers will act as mediums for candidates while acquiring jobs or while
starting their own work.

4) Each moth the field officers will via various means of calling and house visits keep an updated note of
these candidates.

The various resources available will be divided into mobilizers, field workers, trainers, hand holding
officers, center head, operations, project manager for conducting these trainings.
