ISCM GIS Monitoring

The key to even better GIS reliability

and environmental friendliness
Gas-insulated switchgear substations (GIS) are perfectly suited for switchgear applications where compactness
and low maintenance are important, and also ensure high levels of availability and reliability. Nevertheless, for
reasons such as extensive ageing or compliance with regulations, condition monitoring can or has to be applied.
With partial discharge, gas density, and circuit-breaker monitoring, Siemens supplies three monitoring packages
for the integrated substation condition-monitoring (ISCM) system.
