Reported at Sneha Agencies, Cuttack and submitted the joining letter to Mr. Sashikant Kar, DSE,
Perfetti Van Melle, India. He told me to get a preview of the market to see how the products of
Perfetti can be driven n the market. He appointed a salesman who guided me through the market.
DSE called me to the office, where I meet Mr. Santimoy Bose, A.S.M of the company. He asked
me what I learned from todays visit. Then discuss about the project. He guided me to go to
market with questionnaire format, survey on the schemes, is the scheme really working in the
market or not. He also guided me how to work.

Reported to Mr.Sashikant Kar, DSE at the distributor point. DSE gives me CLUSTER-3 for my
two week survey. He assigned me to start my survey in BIJUPATTANIAK CHAK BEAT with
DBSM Sandip Kumar Sahoo.

For today our market visit is over here. Salesman doesnt know about all retail store of that beat.
He visited only 21 outlets out of 62. He achieved PC of 13 out of TC 21.

Today is a good day for me. I achieved 60% more order than yesterday. Yesterday we generated
order Rs,4939 where today we generated order Rs.8302. This was happened some reason like I
talked with retailer about the discount scheme and gift item. So they had given interest to take
more products. Another reason is we opened new outlet for company by convinced them to take
Perfetti product from us not from wholesaler.
Findings
Delay in delivery the order taken product. This cluster is working two day late in
delivery.
One retail store hasnt get actual product what he ordered. Delivery boy makes these
mistakes.
Some retailer have space problem for keeping more product. So they demand stand from
company
Perfettis competitor also provide similar type of schemes like discount offer and gift/free
item.
Some retailer dont get free item
Retailer not aware about these schemes because salesman are not informing them.
Again go to distributor point to know about whats today actual billing amount and also collect
information about other two salespersons sales data in same cluster and also clarify some doubt
on schemes & gift items.

Today is good day for me. Because we got a order of Rs.10750 its a highest than before.
Prashan is very good salesman, his approach to retailer is very good. Thats why we generate
such a highest order. His TC is 45 which is comparatively very than Sandip. His todays PC 34

Today we visited 26 outlet in Khatbin Sahi beat. I found, I visit more new listed outlet with
salesman Prashana as compare to Sandip. We generate order of Rs.6200 because C1 division
order till not dispatched. After all Rs.6200 is a good order but we can make more order if this
delivery issue solved.

Today I went to a CDA beat with C3 division salesman Prakash Rout to check out how C3
division work in CDA beat.

Its not a good day for me because we generated a order of Rs.3000 which is very less in CDA
beat. This is happened because delivery delays of C2 division. Today C2 delivery and C3 division
order taken falls on same day. So retailers are not giving interest to give us new order because
they have available of product. Then we came back to DB point and talk with my DSE about the
delay delivery issue.
