To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Daulton Mobley for graduation with a degree in
Recreation Administration from Texas State University.

The past three summers, Daulton worked for us as the Camp Director at Camp Pecan Grove and
Camp Barton Creek. Our programs are small day camps for children ages 4 to 10 operated at country
clubs. Daulton has been one of the most passionate, hard-working, positive and responsible people we
have ever had the pleasure of having on our team! Daulton is a team player, confident leader and a true
get-the-job-done type of man. He is warm, friendly and fun too!

In his director role, Daulton was in charge of 20-30 children and three to five counselors on a
daily basis. His responsibilities included (but were not limited to): planning and implementing the daily
schedule (consisting of group games, arts and crafts projects, fun with foods, team building activities,
theme days, special events) preparing program supplies, establishing and maintaining safety rules and
emergency procedures, contact with parents on a regular basis at drop-off and pick-up, behavior
management, staff assignments and in general, overseeing the day-to-day operations of camp. Last
summer specifically, Daulton worked at one of our most logistically challenging camp locations that had
daily enrollment changes that required him to adjust and be flexible on short notice.

As the Director of Communications and direct supervisor of Daulton, I cannot say enough
wonderful things about him. Each day at summer camp can, and often will, bring about various
challenges, and Daulton met each one head-on with a desire to make his program the best it could
possibly be.
