Answers shows that there is a technological system for reaching the new and old information
in the organization. Therefore, they can easily access all of the information. Meanwhile, it can
be seen that communication in the organization is quite enough. They have proper tools for
communication which is important for the information flows to the right place in the right time.
Also, their information system allows them to transfer information to their partners. But, they
dont have any specific information system for generating and structuring new ideas. In the
organization, employees are educated related to the implementation innovative activity.
On the other hand, all the employees has rights to express their opinion on possible
improvements in innovative activities in the organization. However, they have a separate
working space to generate new ideas, and their office is designed for creativity. It can be seen
that their work environment is developed for providing more opportunities for employee
collaboration.
In the questionnaire, it can be clearly seen that because of high intense of the work, reaching
co-workers is harder. Meanwhile, special tours and events for generation of the new ideas
outside the work environment get harder because of the same problem.

Nevertheless, there are some budget limits to implement the innovations. However, they have
procedures for making decisions to implement the projects, thinking is it worth to do it?.
