OPERATION INSTRUCTION
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read all instructions before using this heater.
2. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let the bare kin touch hot
surfaces.
3. If provided, use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such
as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3m from the front
of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
4. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children
or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
5. Always unplug heater when not in use.
6. Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the eater
malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return heater to
authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, or
repair.
7. Do not use outdoors.
8. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor
locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water
container.
9. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or
similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped
over.
10. To disconnect heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet.
11. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust
opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
12. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not
use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
13. A heater has not and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where
gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
14. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by
the manufacture may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
15. Avoid the use of an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat and
cause a risk of fire.
Caution: To prevent electric shock match wide blade of plug to wide slot, fully insert.
OPERATING THE HEATER
1. Make sure that your voltage corresponds to the Instruction Manual.
2. Insert the plug into a suitable socket.
3. Set the thermostat on the position which you want to select.
4. After use, set the power supply switch and thermostat on the OFF position, the heater
will stop work, then pull out the power supply plug.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1 Make sure to switch off the power supply and pull out the plug before cleaning.
2 The reflector body can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth, using a small quantity of
neutral detergent, taking care not to splash water on the lamps. Never use solutions
such as benzene, thinners or polishing agents. In order to get the maximum heat, the
reflector must be kept clean.
3 The main body of the heater can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth, using a neutral
solution. After cleaning, wipe with a dry cloth.
4 4. After cleaning, make sure the heater is thoroughly dry, then re-assemble in the
reverse order.
5 When the heater is not in use, place in a sealed plastic bag and store in a dry place.
The heater can be packed again according to its packing method.
