Please be advised that, per instruction of Hon. Presbitero J. Velasco, Jr., Associate Justice
and Chairman, 2016 Bar Examinations, the deadline for filing of Petitions to Take the
Bar Examinations has been extended until 15 August 2016 (Monday).

Said extension applies to all applicants regardless of whether their respective law schools
followed the usual (June to March) or the modified (August to June) academic calendar.

Please be advised further that the cut-off date of jurisprudence to be included in the
coverage of the 2016 Bar Examinations shall be May 2015.

We will greatly appreciate your immediate posting and dissemination of the above-
mentioned updates.
