Control Automation. The courses have been carefully designed to impart practical
knowledge and skill for ready absorption of young students by Industry, for impressive
career in Automation.

The courses offered are

Keeping the needs of Industry in view, it is made sure that the course in Automation is
not limited to PLC programming. Most training programs offered by other institutions
limit the exposure of the participants mainly to PLC programming. Structured new
programs impart all round knowledge in automation to the participants.

Engineering, Software development and implementation. Megatech training programs
meet this need of the Industry fully. PLC programming and SCADA screen development,
which play an important part in automation is covered extensively.
Live project examples out of 4000 real industry applications installed by the company in
the past 20 years in industry like Automotive, Tyre, Textile, Paper, Metals, Power Oil &
gas etc are drawn and used for training the students apart from theoretical exercise..
The faculty for our programs are well experienced automation engineers, working in
project design, software & SCADA development, System testing and Installation/

For beginners, we offer a Basic Module (Module-01).
We recommend that students undergo the advanced module (Module-02) also if they are
serious in pursuing Automation field as their career.
We believe that nothing less than 75 hours is sufficient for any young student to
understand and grasp the automation concepts as applied in industry today.

HMIs and communication networks which have replaced conventional method of

process control and plant visualization. Exposure to such technologies is built in the
training programs.

Hands-on training plays a very important part in assimilation of theoretical concepts

taught in class rooms. Every effort is made to ensure that substantial time is allotted to
students to work on Training Kits and Simulation Systems,
The course is divided into 2 modules as per the duration and cost mentioned below.

The courses will be run on all weekdays (except declared holidays, Saturdays and
Sundays) in 2 batches

Batch 1 : 10am --- 1pm.

Batch 2 : 2pm ----5pm

Full Time intensive course (Module-02) of duration 6 days are available for Engineers
from Industry who possess basic knowledge in Automation. If Module 2 is taken along
with Module 1 the course fees will be 25,000/-. Week end classes for students who are
working are also undertaken. This will be based on their requirement. Classes can be
handled on Saturdays - Full time from 10am to 6 pm.

The training will be conducted in Adyar, with access to all infrastructural facilities. The
course includes deputation of participants to Megatech Integration Centre at Guindy to
understand assembly, wiring, testing, software loading and simulation carried out for
