This chapter presents the analysis and discussion of the findings to the study. The data is
presented in form of Tables and Charts. Where data could not be quantified, it is explained.
Presentation of findings has been organized in accordance with the study objectives.
The productivity of the worker at the firm providing the training, gen eral training also
increases the productivity of the worker at firms other than the one providing the training. For
example, a secretary who learns the use of a standard word-processing program or a doctor who
interns at a specific hospital both receive general training, as these skills are transferable to other
workplaces. On the other hand, specific on-the-job training increases the productivity of the
worker at the firm providing the training, but not at other firms. Resources spent orienting new

The researchers used a survey questionnaire in this particular research. Which is consist
of 30 respondents from the fourth years of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, who
have done their on-the job training program at Ilocos Training Regional and Medical Center last
semester S.Y. 2016-2017. The researchers asked few questions about their performance in their

Table 2 shows the profile of the respondents in terms of gender. Most of the respondents
were male having a frequency count of 16, which is 53.33 % of the total population under study.
Least of respondents were female having a frequency count of 14, which is 46.67% of the total
population.
