Employee Engagement Survey

The first step to develop the HR department is conducting the employee engagement survey
plan. In employee engagement survey we find talented employees to perform specific jobs and
help ensure that employees are fairly paid and looked after during their tenure and also determine
the employee issues related to the organization. We truly hear the message that employees are
trying to deliver.

Employee Engagement Activity

We start employee engagement survey by understanding whats most important to organization


right now, and in the future? We understand what matters most to our companys success. With a
strong survey, we get strong, actionable survey data and collecting an employee feedback. We
determine that how much employee engages to the company and what further improvement can
be done related to their job. HR manager cooperate with employees to discuss their problem
related to organization and ask them a following statements

The employees are engaged with their work, theyre more fulfilled and more motivated.
If it is then what thing motivates them more?
The employees Job description is made to their on wish.
Are they satisfied with their pay?
They receive any benefits or not.
The organization conduct any trainning sessions for employee skill and knowledge
development.
You feel like you can voice your opinions in the organization.
You can do leave at any reason and without any approval from management.
Your performance is aporaised by any appraisal system.
The Organization has any particular procedure to recruit the employees.
Result of the Survey

We conduct the employee engagement survey to all employoees of organization from different
department such as Finance, Marketing, and Procurement etc. The result from this survey is need
to focus on the important topics are following performance management system, compensation
and Benefits, Training and Development, Hiring and staffing and Recruitment.
Key Areas

Key areas mean those main sectors/parts of organization that need more attention to developed.
These areas does not work accurately and HR manager need to manage them in proper way. The
main areas are following:

1. Compensation and Benefits

In new HR department we make compensation policy for a year. The purpose


to making the policy is that allow the management to achieve these targets. Rewarding people
for their work in form of pay, incentives and benefits is termed as Compensation. Compensation
we give monetary or non-monetary benefits to employees.

Bonus
Insurance
Provident Fund
Gratuity Fund
14 Annual leaves, 10 casual leaves and 16 sick leave are given to the employees
according to law.
2. Training and Development

For establishing a new HR department we make training policy for a year.


Training is more present-day oriented, its focus is on individual current jobs, enhancing hose
specific skills and abilities to immediately perform their jobs. We conduct In House training and
out House training. We manage the following sessions in the training program:

Career Planning
3. Performance management System

After an employee has worked on a job for a period of time, his


performance should be evaluated. We do appraisal process to appraise the performance of
employees. We use different method and tool to rate the employee performance. Our
performance management process consist of

Check the performance by quarterly and annually.

We rate good to each employees performance that reach the target goals and complete the
task efficiently.

4. Recruitment and Selection

Recruitment is one of the major functions of HRM. We recruit the employees


having maintained skilled, experienced, dedicated, and well-motivated employees. This
Recruitment process involves various tasks those are developing the job specifications,
advertising, sorting applications, job interviews and posting. We recruit the employees at
following steps

Head Hunting
Fresh Hiring
Career website
Recruitment test
In permanent employee Recruitment we hire right employee for right job for the period of
three month. When their probation period complete, he became a permanent employee.
Some employees hire as a contract period.
5. Employee and Management Relations

We are managing harmonious relations between employees and management


is key role of the human resource management deportment. Employee rights must be protected
weather they are represented by unions or not. Employee relations function includes
negotiating with the labor unions regarding salaries
working conditions
solving disputes
grievances
