1. Regretting the poor condition of the roads, which was posing danger to life.

Though a large number of accidents are happening due to bad condition of the

no proper attention was being to the problem. This problem has reached at its extreme and is
consequently, creating panic among citizens. I hope, the concerned authorities will look into the
matter seriously and take some prompt and necessary action to overcome this problem.

Medical claim issue.

Room rent n nursing charges

Sub-limits refer to the extent, usually a percentage of the sum insured, to which the insurer will
pay the claim for different hospital expenses. Doctors' fees, surgery/operation charges, nursing
expense, medicine cost and room rent, all can have a specific cap called the sub-limit. Irrespective
of the sum insured in the policy, the claim for any expense is restricted to the sub limit for that
expense. For example, room rent could be capped at 1 per cent of sum insured and hence for a
policy of Rs 1 lakh, room rent would be restricted to Rs 1,000.

Importance of room rent sub-limit: As far as claim is concerned, the sub-limit on room-rent is the
most important. In most policies with sub limits, the cap on reimbursement of claim for all other
medical expenses is linked to the room-rent limit. Therefore, it's better to stick to the room rent
limit. If the sum insured in the policy mentioned above is Rs 3 lakh, it is advisable to choose a
hospital room with rent equal to 1 per cent of the sum insured i.e. Rs 3,000 or lower.

Minimum 25 beds

One of the main reasons that would have prompted IRDA to include the bed restriction in the
new health insurance guidelines is the possibility of mediclaim fraud from smaller nursing homes
with or without TPA support. But, inflated bills can come from any size hospital. The bigger the
hospital, the higher are the charges that are levied. Unnecessary tests can be done by any hospital
once you declare that you have mediclaim cover.

Man power issue:

When a company employees a sufficient number of workers, workers generally do not need to
work a high number of overtime hours. The assigned workload is more appropriate because there
are more people to handle tasks. As a result, workers usually are less stressed and more rested and
alert. Similarly, when enough workers are on the clock, there are more people to check adherence
to safety regulations and policies, and workers can seek assistance for physically challenging work.
A good level of manpower thus helps prevent problems such as burnout and injury. Lawsuits and
workers' compensation claims may be reduced as a result.
Canteen issue:

canteen amenity is an essential human right and an important facet of labour welfare, which no company or
employer can deny to its employees,

Illumination of light:

non availability of proper lighting across the streets increases a further chance of
accident and other mishaps.
