I decided to include the Battle Rifle as the main weapon in Master Chiefs arsenal instead of the assault rifle because when I play Halo 3, I always opt
for the Battle Rifle. The advantage it has over the assault rifle is Improved Range. However, it fires 3 round bursts instead of going full auto, so I removed
the Multiple Targets ability from the Battle Rifles Autofire extra.

Note that Master Chiefs Power Level can go above 10 if he happens to come across exceptionally powerful weapons such as the Energy Sword (Corrosion
4; Power feats: Mighty, Improved Critical).
