1.Applicationintheprescribedformat(whichcanbedownloadedfromthewebsitenotedbelow)should
besubmittedonlybyRegisteredPost.Applicationsreceivedthroughothermodeshallnotbeaccepted.

2.Acandidateshouldbesentonlyoneapplicationinapostalcover,ifapplyingformorethanonepost,
separate application should be sent in separate postal cover. Failing which, the applications will be
summarilyrejected.
