RESUMEN
Lo esencial es que se deber tener bien especificado las variables y saber cul es su significado de cada una de ellas
(Compromiso organizacional y Calidad de atencin), ya que uno depende del otro y tienen por s una correlacin
positiva considerable.
El compromiso organizacional es un anlisis de aspectos personales e internas del trabajador, dentro de ella se
analizan ciertos aspectos como: La identificacin, es la identidad, la representacin o imagen conceptual que
un colaborador tiene de una organizacin; son las sensaciones, las emociones, la filosofa y los valores
que la organizacin transmite hacia sus trabajadores. As mismo el sentido de pertenencia hacia la
organizacin, el no sentirse excluido del grupo, formar parte de sta, interactuando con los dems, a la
vez intercambiando ideas e inquietudes; y por ltimo la lealtad, que es el valor fundamental para
conllevar al cumplimiento y logro de los objetivos, ser leal a la org anizacin es lo mismo que decir
fidelidad ante cualquier situacin que la entidad est atraviese.
ABSTRACT
The main objective of this research is based on determining how organizational commitment influences the quality of
patient care at the Clas Peru-Corea Health Center, Hunuco 2017. And in this way, to inform how important and
important it is to maintain an organizational commitment within institutions and organizations.
The essential thing is that you must have the variables specified and know what their meaning is for each of them
(Organizational Commitment and Quality of Care), since one depends on the other and they have a considerable
positive correlation.
Organizational commitment is an analysis of personal and internal aspects of the worker, within which certain
aspects are analyzed, such as: Identification is the identity, representation or conceptual image that a collaborator
has of an organization; they are the sensations, the emotions, the philosophy and the values that the organization
transmits towards its workers. Likewise, the sense of belonging to the organization, not feeling excluded from the
group, being part of it, interacting with others, at the same time exchanging ideas and concerns; and finally loyalty,
which is the fundamental value to lead to compliance and achievement of objectives, be loyal to the organization is
the same as saying loyalty to any situation that the entity is going through.
This is how organizational commitment is very important in an organization, because that is where the quality of care
that will be perceived by the patients of the health center originates; through this process the organization will have a
good image emphasizing the commitment of its workers and an implacable service towards society
