To Whom It May Concern,

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Amie Weyer. I
became acquainted with Amie when I became her Purdue University Supervisor
during her special education experience, in the fall of 2017.

Amie Weyer demonstrates many of the qualities necessary to be an effective
teacher. She is very organized and her professionalism is evident in all aspects of
teaching. Amie takes time to plan and implement creative motivating lessons. She
strives to make each lesson better than the previous one. Amie accepts suggestions
readily and doesn't hesitate to implement these suggestions into her future plans.
She cares deeply about student success and is able to reflect upon her lessons to
drive future instruction.

During Amies experience, she had the opportunity to work with students identified
with varying disabilities. Amie was able to meet the diverse needs of the students in
her classroom, by using the differentiation skills that she developed through this
experience.

Amie evaluated students skills related to state standards and then masterfully
designed lessons to meet these standards She has proven herself to be an effective
communicator to staff, students, and parents.

I strongly encourage you to consider Amie Weyer for any position in your
corporation. Amie would be a good addition to any staff.
