 Conclusiones I.
>La prueba recomLine tropical fever:
1. Permite identificar infecciones primarias producidos por
los virus Dengue o Zika sin previa exposicin, a travs
del uso de la prueba IgM, IgG o la combinacin de
ambas.
2. Permite identificar las infecciones secundarias
producidas por el virus Dengue.
3. Permite identificar infecciones por el virus del Zika en
pacientes previamente expuestos al virus dengue
travs de la combinacin de los resultados de NS1-E;
IgM, IgG de ambos virus.
4. Permite Identificar la infeccin por el virus del
Chikungunya a travs de los determinacin de
anticuerpos IgM e IgG.

 Conclusiones II.
>La prueba recomLine tropical fever:
1. Reduce la carga de trabajo y el tiempo de ejecucin de
pruebas. (una sola tira equivale a 3 Elisas)

2. Ofrece resultados fiables, presenta un software que

facilita la interpretacin y en volmenes altos de
pruebas se puede contar con un equipo automatizado.

3. La combinacin de Protena E (sensible) y NS1

(especfica) para Zika y Dengue facilita la
interpretacin de la prueba con alta certeza de
diferenciacin.
