Before the final assembly at site can be started following requirements have to
be fulfilled:
All construction works at the powerhouse (including the roof, windows and
doors) have to be completely finished and cleaned and free access to the
powerhouse has to be available.
Sufficient illumination, heating and power supply has to be available
(230V/400C; 16A)
All recesses have to be finished according to the installation plan and agreed
with any 3rd parties (such as cable-channels for an electrical supplier outside
GUGLERS scope of supply).
The penstock has to be finished but the end-section must not be attached
before the turbine is in its final position.
This drawing is the property of GUGLER Water Turbines GmbH and must neither be copied nor used in other way without the consent of GUGLER
Water Turbines GmbH. Neither is it to be handed over nor in other way communicated to a third party. Infringement will lead to prosecution.
The overhead crane for component positioning including its entire equipment
has to be installed, tested and approved.
