Firstly, the level of communication between every member of the management team is aisolutely incredible. I have never seen this level of communication in any other store, Each one 4s kept “in the loop" as you phrase it, and knows exactly what is going on in the store. Secondly, the sense of pride and responsibility which is evident in the hearts of many of the ‘staff is creating an attitude of "ownership in the business”. 1 would like to give two examples: ~ Derek Kaiser (shelf packer), who approached Bennito (flocr manager) to suggest the creation of anew display ~ Staff in the Fresh Foods dept, whom I noticed continuously re- arranging the cold meats to maintain the appeal of the display, whenever there was a break between customers. The abovementioned “cultures" are part of a winning formula and need to be nurtured, You have fantastic staff in your team - never stop acknowleging them and complimenting them for their efforts.
