Students critically curate a variety of resources using digital tools to construct knowledge, produce
creative artifacts and make meaningful learning experiences for themselves and others.
Students:
build knowledge by actively exploring real-world issues and problems, developing ideas and theories
and pursuing answers and solutions.
This timeline must be creative and include visuals that relate to the topics being discussed. Student learning
will be assessed on the quality of the timeline, along with the presentation given. Their work will be posted on
online for their parents, families and other peers to see. The students will be allowed to privately grade each
other and themselves for part of the participation and collaboration grades. This activity is student-centered,
and the teacher is also a learner who will observe the students and learn from them.
