INGRDINTS
1 oft hamurger roll, uttered and toated

4 ounce frehl ground eef chuck, divided into two 2-ounce all
Koher alt and frehl ground lack pepper
1 lice good melting cheee, uch a American or homemade melting cheee lice

DIRCTIONS
1. Prepare urger un laing topping on the ottom un. Have it near and
read for when our urger i cooked.

2. Preheat a large tainle teel aut pan or killet over high heat for 2
minute. Place all of eef in the pan, and mah down with a tiff metal
patula, uing a econd patula to add preure. Smahed pattie hould e
lightl wider than the urger un.

3. Seaon generoul with alt and pepper and allow to cook until well-rowned
and top i eginning to turn pale pink/gra in pot, aout 45 econd. Uing
a ench craper or the ack ide of a tiff metal patula, carefull crape
urger pattie from pan, making ure to get all of the rowned it.

4. Flip pattie and immediatel place a lice of cheee over one patt and tack
the econd directl on top. Immediatel remove from pan and tranfer to
waiting urger un. Serve.
