With past experience as a consultant for Student Organization Leadership Consultants (SOLC) and a
facilitator for the North Woods Challenge Course (NWCC), I foresee myself as an invaluable asset to All
Business Consulting Inc. I am applying for the position of Business Consultant in Supply Chain
Management Job Description, because I would like to help change the world view of leadership. I heard
about this position through Megan Leiss, secretary of Student Organization Leadership Consultants who
emailed the job description to me directly, and suggested I apply knowing my prior experience. Please
consider the following:
Create and conduct programming to increase internal company productivity, efficiency and
effectiveness.
Conducting meetings for programming teams.
Assist in creating training program for new staff members.

As a Junior Supply Chain Management major with a Leadership Studies minor, I have strived to utilize
every aspect of the University of Rhode Island for my future benefit. As an avid member of Student
Organization Leadership Consultants, I strive to increase productivity, efficiency and effectiveness while
planning our retreats, using my analytical strengths to recognize that our best retreats are the ones that
align directly to the groups goals. This experience will allow me to align All Business Consulting Inc.s
mission, values and goals to our everyday work. This experience will also allow me to facilitate group
projects with ease, allowing for the maximization of each individuals strengths. Utilizing my responsibility
strengths as the President of the Sigma Chi Fraternity at URI, I frequently conduct business meetings in
accordance to Roberts Rules of Order, allowing for efficient meetings that have a purpose. I come to each
of my meetings prepared with a worked out agenda, readily available to adapt to members needs. When
working at Dean Warehouse Services, I developed a training program utilizing my relator strength for staff
members to solve problems that management was dealing with, minimizing company errors. I worked
with each employee to better understand staff related struggles, allowing for the best alternatives to be
sought out. This should allow me to assist in creating a training program for new staff members at All
Business Consulting Inc, once I am acclimated to the working environment.

I am excited to learn more about All Business Consulting, Inc. and believe that I would be a great asset in
both fulfilling the mission, vision and values of the company while advising work groups on leadership
issues and triumphs. I believe my previous experience as an SOLC consultant and a NWCC facilitator is
