I would like to signify my utmost interest in applying for an HRMO position in the
institution whom I consider as the most vital and effective in catering for the needs of
my fellow Rizaliansthe Local Government Unit of Rizal, Nueva Ecija.

I fully understand that by tendering this letter I am subjecting myself to a

preliminary pooling of interested individuals who may have met the standards set
before them by this government agency.

As a professional called into a noble service of upholding better quality of living

for fellow Rizalians, I would be much honored to take part in all the initiatives of the
local government to effect changes in its civility and become an ambassador of
professionalism for the best delivery of public service.

I am currently employed in a public school as a permanent teacher. My

relatively long experience in the national government has culled my passion to serve
selflessly. Now, I am ready to capacitate myself to become the leader I want to be and
I consider the LGU-Rizal as an ideal place to equip me the ideals of becoming an
effective and efficient one.

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English (cum

laude) from Central Luzon State University in 2009 and I am currently working on my
thesis leading to Master of Arts in English Major in Applied Linguistics at Nueva Ecija
University of Science and Technology. My experience in teaching both in private and
public schools has given me ample skills and sound strategies in dealing with diverse
personalities in various situations effectively and efficiently.

I strongly believe that my skills in communicating may bring vital results in

negotiating meanings between and among my co-public servants in this great
institution. Also, my knowledge of psychology as a teacher may be of great help in the
amelioration if not prevention of stress related anxieties and other work and
organization related problems which may derail transactions and eventually hamper
the quality of service the LGU-Rizal provides.

Above anything else, I am a dedicated worker and I can become of great help
in the attainment of the agencys goals and aspirations.
