AALRTS Management contract related issues and their status

3rd and 4th semester payments

Payment
Payment is made in conformity in all respects with the provisions of the contract i.e.:
Evaluation by KPIs, proposed by the MC but not yet approved by ERC
Rail transport and maintenance services
Through deliverables
Management services
Specific tasks as per the contract such as training, preparation of documents, capacity and capability building etc.
However, the payment requests:
Comprise only KPI calculation only
They are not checked and approved by DCEO of Rail Transport Division, in charge of managing the project
Action
Contractor is requested to submit necessary documents for the interim payments as soon as possible
The DCEO of rail transport has assigned ERC & AALRT personnel to check and evaluate 3rd and 4th semester payments

MIS
In accordance with the AALRTS management contract, the contractor is responsible to build management information system based
on LRT operation mode, site conditions, any applicable requirements and international standards.
The list of most feasible and desirable systems for AALRTS and their investigation reports
System analysis reports
Design Analysis reports
Implementation plan
Procurement plan
Based on the aforementioned reports and plans, they are cross checked for replication with the ERP systems being implemented by
Agresso. Then after this ERC has to decide which system to be implemented by the MC.

Problems from ERC side

1. KPI
