Subject: Finalization of Sub-Contractor for WTG Foundations and Buildings

Dear Sir,

During the construction of roads, we have found that the location of WTG # 25 is in the
middle of creek and it is very difficult to provide access to that location, subsequently the
piling and foundation works are not possible.

In this regard, our subcontractor has proposed us the revised location of WTG # 25 by
shifting its location a bit, i.e. around 15m in order to continue the construction work. The
Old and new locations WTG#25 can be found in Table 1 as follows.

The above original and revised location of WTG 25 are mapped on AutoCAD as follows:
Please note after changing the location of said WTG, we submitted the revised
coordinate to the turbine manufacturer i.e. M/s Gamesa to carry out the Site Acceptance
Report (SAR) and estimate the revised Energy Yield. Following results are received from
M/s Gamesa:

We can check in the above tables that the change in Energy Yield due to slight shift of
WTG 25 does not make any effects on energy numbers. The detailed SAR report is
annexed with this letter carried out by M/s Gamesa.
We have already discussed it with your site representative and jointly visited the same
location. We are hereby requesting you to please give us formal approval for this change
in order to smooth execution of the construction works.
